Appointments
Credit card is required to schedule two or more services.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and that other guests are
not inconvenienced. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment. This allows the front desk to check you in prior
to your service.
Cancellation - Services
To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 25% of the service price for a same day cancellation; 100% of the service price for a missed appointment without cancellation. To cancel or change your appointment, please call the salon.
Our intent is for each clients complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we require you return to the salon for a visual inspection. We will adjust services with in 3 days, at no additional charge. Services will not be refunded.
Pricing

reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without
prior notification. This is to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please
ask management when you book your appointments.

Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. If you decide on leaving gratuity, we accept cash or personal payment

Purchases are based on product availability. blow by blow gift cards are able to be used towards purchases and blow by blow

blow-by-blow Rewards members will get points for purchases,
although please note there may be a delay in account recognition.

COVID-19
Our COVID-19 protocol to comply with city ordinance:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment(s).
- Please call and wait in your car when you arrive. Front desk will let you know when you are able to enter the salon.
Temperature will be taken upon your arrival.
Clients and team members must wear a face mask at all times. (before entering the salon)
Medical grade hand sanitizers will be available to you throughout that salon.
High traffic areas will be sanitized multiple times a day.
Only those receiving a service or purchasing retail are allowed in the salon.
